Only it was Vadivelu whom the post production team was not able to make it for dubbing. The actor whenever approached seems to have said, “I can’t come to dubbing now. I am damn busy in other film. We shall see some other day.” Peeved team finding no other way reported the same to Superstar and complained about Vadivelu’s attitude. Superstar replied humbly, “Really he is a very busy artiste. Please adjust yourself to suit schedule. Don’t disturb him”
Vadivelu felt shame when Superstar’s remark was passed on to him. He rushed immediately to the dubbing theatre and finished his dubbing in consecutive days. Pleased Vadivelu told the unit, “Evlo periya aalu avaru. Avar en maela vechirukura mariyaadhaiyai naan kaapathikka vaenamaa?”
That’s good Vadivelu!!
Note1:
This is where Superstar scores
Friends, did you notice? Even in this small incident, Superstar stands distinct from others. If any other lead actor would have been in his position, I don’t know what step he would have taken. But it would have disrupted the entire schedule resulting in time and monetary loss for the producer. But Superstar’s maturity in taking decision has ensured everything smooth and also corrected concerned person’s attitude. That is our thalaivar!!
Note2:
Re-dubbing for Superstar
Superstar again came to Kuselan dubbing just after few days he finished the actual dubbing. While seeing the final cut of the film, they found an important dialogue of Supertar found missing. So, Vasu again requested Superstar to come to studio to clear that part alone. So, Superstar came to the dubbing studio again last week and finished that sentence sequence which lasted for 6 minutes.
