Today Dinakaran reports the same.It says that Superstar came to a private studio located at Nungambakkam and already make-up artistes including costume designer Manish Malhotra were waiting.
Superstar gave pose to photo-session in many costumes chosen by Manish with different wigs and and make-over. The session lasted for more than 3 hours.

What would have happened actually?
I think that the above photo session is for giving advertisement during the launch. So, it seems he just posed for photographs with make-over which has been already finalised. Because mere 3 hours won't be suffice for such sessions.
