Gandhi was shot once in history. But now he is being rapidly shot whenever a dispute crops up between Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. Superstar Rajini who is a stern beleiver in Gandhiji's priciples including tolerance and ahimsa is now being continuously shot by his detractors and media with a sword called regionalism.I already told you in my previous blog post that Superstar will surely take part in the fast since it is in Gandhian way which he alone taught Kollywood in 2002. Despite this, due to media's handiworks, some of you raise doubt whether he will turn up to the fast or not. Surely he will sit in the fast. And i bet you that - ONLY he will observe the REAL FAST. (Don't understand? Just watch television on 4th April. You will understand that!!)
Ok...how is the situation in Tamil Nadu?
Situation is not worse as like in 2002. Busy people seems least bothered about this at all. Here and there (in bunk shops, tea stalls) a few people in groups discuss about this. Rest...as usual busy in their day to day life.
But media is just projecting this as if it is a burning problem. Most of the papers carried headlines that "Will Rajini take part in fast or not?" Even media houses who have soft corner towards Rajini too have slightly adjusted their policy just to make quick bucks of the situation. CNN-IBN too has telecasted a crap news with the same question. Their only aim is just to make money out of this situation. (You too Veeraraghav?)
Meanwhile Rajini's evergreen enemies like Tamilcinema.com, PMK's TV and paper, Maalai Murasu, recent opponents like Dinamalar and occasional opponents like thatstamil have started their work of degrading Rajini already and doing it vigorously. Many are in the conclusion that IF NOT NOW, then NEVER they could tarnish his image. Just i have attached herewith wall posters of news papers
Ques:Ok...why Superstar has not issued any statement so far? Last time he issued a statement....
Ans:During 2002 he was against the idea of Neyveli protest. So, he issued a statement against that at the initial stage itself. But this time he is in favour of this fast - a gandhian way of protest. He is now deeply analyzing the pros and cons issuing any statement. He don't want to get any image mileage by issuing statements or sentimental speech. His only concern is: His statement should not instigate any violence in Karnataka. He may issue a short press release on 3rd April or straight away come to the fast venue on 4th and sit in fast and observe it much sincerely than all others.
Just leave all your worries and pray for an amicable settlement between the two states.
IF GOD IS WITH US, WHO CAN BE AGAINST US!!!
