Be Good; Do Good - The message of metal blocks!

Somebody has asked about the picture I have used in my profile and a few of my friends too called me and enquired what’s it and also asked to throw some light over the picture as it is really nice.

It is none other than the diaz of Sivaji 175 days Shield Distribution ceremony which was held for Distributors and exhibitors of Sivaji in Raghavendra Mandapam. This event was conducted on the same date of Sivaji Silver Jubilee function (11/01/08). This function was held in morning at Raghavendra mandapam.

Did you see the slogan that has been placed in metal blocks in top (first picture)?

"Be Good; Do Good!" - What a great message in simple words!!

Several theatre owners, exhibitors, distributors, media partners and others associated with the film were given Silver Jubilee mementos. (Later in evening at the Madras university hall, regular function was held. That is a public function. This is a private function. That is the different.)

Superstar’s super look

Superstar was spotted in denim jeans with white shirt and black shoes. One of the nice getups of Superstar I have ever seen off screen.

Hundreds of theatre owners received the prestigious memento from the Superstar.

This news is a special because these Silver Jubilee Functions has become very rare in Tamil Cinema and mostly Superstar films alone used to celebrate this.

Just a question

Can u tell the name of any other Tamil film recently celebrated Silver Jubilee? Ada, just recollect any film’s name from your memory atleast in the last two years? Even if you are able to recollect, you will be able to tell only one or two films.

25 weeks of running has become a miracle nowadays for others!! But for Superstar, except Baba in recent times most of the films witnessed Silver Jubilee running.
